  • Help choosing the right care 
  • Self-care advice 

Get Care Now 

24/7 virtual care by video or phone with a clinician.1 No appointment needed. Good for things like: 

  • Coughs, cold, or flu 
  • Urinary tract infections 
  • Pink eye 

E-visit 

Fill out an online questionnaire. Get advice or treatment within 24 hours. Good for things like: 

  • Urinary tract infections 
  • Diarrhea 
  • Cold symptoms 
  • Insomnia

Urgent care 

See a clinician in person.2 Urgent care is available at our Honolulu Medical Office, Maui Lani Medical Office, and West Oahu Medical Office. Please call 1-833-833-3333 (TTY 711) before you go. Visit for things like:  

  • Minor sprains, cuts and wounds 
  • Fever 
  • Vomiting 
  • Earaches 

Emergency care 

If you feel your health is in danger and you need care right away, call 911.  

Symptoms include: 

  • Trouble breathing 
  • Severe chest pains 
  • Decrease or loss of consciousness 
  • Severe stomach pain that comes on suddenly
